(13.1% ABV) The Wine Shop's Cabernet Franc's juicy flavours of ripe currants and blackberry develop on the palate and linger on the finish with notes of black tea and cocoa. Medium-bodied and aged 7 months in French and American oak. An incredible value for Niagara's favourite red varietal!

Trius Cabernet Franc VQA (1 x 750mL)

(13.5% ABV) A classic blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon and 26% Merlot, all harvested from vineyards within the Niagara Peninsula. A portion of the blended ‘Red’ then spent 2 months with additional French and American oak, and another portion, 25%, spent 1 month with The Wine Shop's ‘Red Cask Whisky’ oak; this adds punch and power to the mouth-feel, along with increasing the wines ageability and subtle notes of the ‘Red Cask Whisky’.

Wayne Gretzky Whisky Oak Aged Red ON VQA (750 ml)

(12.8% ABV) Dry, medium-bodied, with soft drying tannins. Flavours of dark plum, currant, spice, oak, and dried herbs. Pairs well with gourmet burgers and lasagna.

Peller Family Reserve Cabernet Franc (750 ml)

(13.0% ABV) Full-bodied red wine with firm drying tannins and flavours of black currant & black cherry. Serve with two-year-old aged Canadian cheddar, grilled medium-rare cuts of beef, rack of lamb.

Wayne Gretzky Estates Signature Series Cabernet (750 ml)

(13.0% ABV) An elegant, light to medium-bodied, fruit-forward Gamay Noir with silky delicate tannins. Pairs well with eggplant parmesan, duck breast, and Portobello burgers.
