Incredible Tandoor

All the tandoori dishes are marinated in a spiced yogurt mixture for twenty-four hours and served with hot sauce and sweet sauce. A tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven fired by hardwood charcoal which heats the side also, thus enabling Indian bread to be cooked on the inside walls and skewered meats to be barbecued at the same time by Touch of India's experienced tandoori chef.

Biryani Rice Dishes
