(12.0% ABV) Made from Manitoba Grown “Carmine Jewel” Cherries, giving it a unique and tangy flavor profile. The aroma is dominated by fresh cherries and a hint of tartness, while the taste is balanced with a subtle sweetness and a crisp acidity. The color is a deep red, and the body is medium to light. Grown on our Southern Manitoba Vineyard to great a very dry and floral wine. A blend, mainly made from Frontenac grapes.
