RICO Peruvian Chicken is sourced from Windberry Farms in Abbotsford, British Columbia, where certified organic chickens are raised with a strong commitment to animal welfare, quality, and transparency. RICO Chicken receives biweekly deliveries to ensure every bird arrives exceptionally fresh.Each chicken is marinated for 24 hours in yogurt and RICO Chicken's very own spice blend, allowing the flavours to deeply penetrate while naturally tenderizing the meat. When an order comes in, the chicken is roasted in an intensely hot oven, creating a beautiful char on the outside while sealing in its natural juices for a deeply flavourful, juicy finish.
