Appetizers

Appetizers come with the applicable sauces i.e. peanut sauce for the salad rolls and fish sauce for the spring rolls. An additional charge will be applied for extra sauces.

Beef Noodle Soup

Soups are served with rice noodles, bean sprouts & lime. (Please note, our satay contains peanuts and we cannot make substitutions for this). **Please note that sliced beef for #9, #10, #11 and #15 is slightly rare unless requested to be WELL-DONE!**

Viet Subs

Traditional French baguette stuffed with meat, shredded carrots, cucumbers, and house special butter spread (note: our subs contain peanut sauce). Our restaurant no longer carries cilantro.

Vermicelli Platters

Vermicelli noodle dishes are accompanied with fish sauce and served with shredded lettuce, carrots, and bean sprouts (contains peanuts). ***Note: dark chicken thighs are used for chicken dishes - sometimes the pink color in a fully cooked chicken thigh usually results from nothing more than a heat-related chemical reaction.***

KING Combo Platters

Combination of protein on a bed of vermicelli.
