Approximately six-inch. Five tacos of same filling. Tacos kits come with everything you need to build your tacos at home. Corn tortillas, salsa, and choice of three toppings per kit.

Flour tortilla filled with a layer of Maria's re-fried beans, a layer of Mexican rice, cheese, and your choice of filling. Then we fry it and top it with crema and your choice of salsa. Served with fresh salad and Maria's homemade vinaigrette dressing.

Esquites - Mexican Style Street Corn (12 oz container)

Esquites are traditional Mexican street corn off-the-cob. Charred corn seasoned with lime juice, mayo, cotija Mexican cheese, and Mexican seasoning.

Papa Asada Fries - Loaded Mexican French Fries

Home-cut fries with melted cheese and a choice of protein option, if desired. Maria recommends toppings such as lettuce, pico de gallo, cotija Mexican cheese, guacamole, jalapeños and crema. Served with a side of Maria’s Ranchero sauce. We recommend toppings on the side to prevent sogginess. Please indicate if you would like toppings on the side or we can top them for you.

Totopos /Nachos

Maria’s homemade tortilla chips are a delicious treat, smothered in melted Monterey Jack cheese and topped with a colourful mix of lettuce, pico de Gallo, onion and cilantro, guacamole, cotija cheese and jalapeños. To keep them crispy, we suggest adding toppings on the side. Let us know if you’d like us to add them for you, or if you’d prefer to add them yourself.

Sopa Azteca /Tortilla Soup

A classic traditional Mexican soup made in a tomato base. Available in your choice of chicken or veggie. Garnished with fresh avocados, onion and cilantro mix, cotija Mexican cheese, Oaxaca Mexican cheese, and crema. This is one of Maria's specialty.

Enchilada Plate

Two corn tortillas baked in your choice of Maria's homemade salsa and your choice of protein filling, served with rice and beans and topped with lettuce, pico de gallo, onion and cilantro mix, Cotija cheese, and crema or Mexican sour cream. Choice of filling: chicken, beef, chorizo, or veggie.

Maria's wet burrito is a flour tortilla with layer of refried beans, Mexican rice, and your choice filling. Topped with your choice of Maria's salsa, melted cheese, sour cream and served with side salad. You will need a knife and fork to eat this burrito!

Birria Pizza

Maria's homemade traditional birria made as a pizza. Three layers of flour tortilla with cheesy goodness and beef birria layered on top. Served with side consommé for dipping, lime and radish garnish. Eight slices.

Tortas

A classic Mexican sandwich made on a French-style bun, buttered a la plancha or grilled with a layer of cheese. We add refried beans and fresh toppings. We recommend traditional toppings such as guacamole, mayo, pico de gallo, lettuce, onion and cilantro, and jalapeños.
