Erussery

Traditionally made with pumpkin and peas, erussery is an essentiak item of sadya. This dish is made with coconut, jeerakum, green chillies, and curry leaves. For added flavour (which mades pumpkin and peas turn into erussery), grated coconut is roasted with curry leaves and onion slices, and added to the mixture.
