(6.1% ABV) Flagship beer, Northern Lights Hazy IPA is aggressively dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria, Northern Lights bursts with aromas of mango, pineapple, and papaya. Pouring a hazy golden yellow, those juice-filled tropical flavours repeat on the tongue before giving way to a perfectly balanced bitter finish. Full-bodied and flavourful, with lively carbonation. Backroads: Brown Ale with Brett (1 x 500 ml Bottle)
(7.8% ABV) Sometimes it's best to skip the highway and to take the Backroads. It might take longer, but don't all the best things? Backroads is a mixed fermentation brown ale that provides a beautiful marriage of barnyard funk and cherries, supported firmly by a robust malty background. Brewed at the end of 2020 this ale was fermented and conditioned with Brettanomyces Lambicus for 12 months before being bottled. Where it was then conditioned for a further 8 months. It's perfect to further cellar or enjoy right away.
