The Konzelmann family has a rich winemaking history dating to late 1900s Germany. Now situated in Niagara on Lake Ontario, Konzelmann Winery crafts premium Ontario wines in a variety of styles. This Pinot Noir is light and fruity, offering up aromas and flavours of cherry, chocolate and licorice.

This wine comes from the small 2021 harvest from vines averaging 35-40 years of age. It's aged on lees for six months in French oak, 10% of which is gently toasted new oak.
