One of Canada's oldest VQA wineries, Inniskillin has been crafting premium Riesling for over thirty years. This customer-favourite Riesling is harvested late in the season to increase the ripeness and concentration of natural sugars. The wine is off-dry with vibrant acidity and fresh apple and citrus flavours. 

Inniskillin Late Autumn Riesling VQA (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

The vines for this Riesling, which are now nearly 40 years of age, were brought to Ontario from Weingut St. Urbans-Hof in the Mosel by Hermann Weis. They have flourished in the ancient, sea-born soils of the Niagara Escarpment. This wine is herbal and mineral, with snappy citrus.

Cave Spring's fine Rieslings have won much international acclaim. This one, from vines that are 20+ years old, features notes of peach and grapefruit alongside floral and stony mineral flavours. It will shine with turkey burgers, cassoulet or baked ham.
