A beer made to please both hop and sour beer lovers. This brew uses multiple fermentations to attain a refreshing sour and hoppy mix. Aromas and flavours of lemon, kiwi, guava, spice and green mango with pine, leaf/herb, earth and lactic notes. Palate is dry and refreshingly tart on the finish. Serve with rich meat dishes.

This dry-hopped, sour ale combines the best of both aromatic hops and tangy acidity with spectacular results. Naturally hazy gold with aromas and flavours of tropical fruit, tangerine, peach and cedar, leading to notes of earth and yeast. The palate is light-bodied with a tangy, funky finish. Savour in a large wine glass.

Blood Brothers Brewing brings back a cherished flavour of your childhood, but without the sticky fingers, curfews, or 7PM bedtimes! We reverse-engineered the classic cola recipe of yore but removed the extra sugar and other nasty bits that seem unhealthy to quaff as an adult. This exacting recipe was fermented on sweet cherries and conditioned on a top secret cola emulsion of our design, all in a low ABV session sour experiment years in the creating.  Being an adult is finally fun again, with Autopop!

From Nickel Brook, a raspberry flavoured Berliner Weisse. Pale pink in colour with lots of vanilla and raspberry jam and grainy wheat sweetness, with an off-dry lactose note on the finish. Fruity and floral, great with Bakewell Tart, Tarte aux Framboises or a summer berry fruit salad.

A seasonal brew that's available for a limited time only. Gose is a sour wheat beer. This one is enhanced with guava fruit purée, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander. Aromas and flavours of guava, lime and spice lead to a tart, salty, citrus finish with a lush mouth feel. Enjoy with goat cheese or shrimp with mango salsa.

Following their mandate to 'brew fearlessly', Flying Monkeys created a sour that will make your taste buds soar! Fruity blueberry puree and lemon verbena notes, along with pinot noir and gamay grape skins, create flavours that pop. Tart and floral with a lovely citrus tang on the finish. Enjoy with baked Burrata cheese.

Squeeze Play Cherry Pie Sour is packed with tart cherries and features Cascade hops with oats, vanilla, almond and lactose. Hazy ruby colour with a thick white foam head.  Flavours of sweet cherry pie and graham crackers are balanced by tart berry fruit. Serve chilled, with dry rub ribs or enjoy it on its own.

Independently owned Wellington Brewery has been crafting beer in Guelph, Ontario, since 1985. Easy Ten Sour is made with Concord grapes that deliver a juicy, tangy, refreshing flavour. The fruity sourness is perfectly balanced by subtle grape flavour and a crisp, clean finish.
