This is a great introductory single malt that was created with approachability in mind. Rich amber with aromas of brown sugar, espresso, dried fruit and roasted nuts are matched on the polished and smooth palate; the finish is drying and medium length with a pleasant crispness. 

The Singleton of Dufftown 12-Year-Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

Big and smoky on the nose with notes of sweet spice, dried dark fruit, caramel, tar, brine and toasted nut. Palate is rich, sweet and smooth with bold flavours of smoky campfire, cumin, molasses and peat with notes of apple crumble and spice. 

Lagavulin 8 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

At the core of the Highland Park range is the expression that started it all; the twelve year old pours a glowing amber colour, shows beautiful aromas of sweet honey and a light peat note; full and rounded on the palate with more sweet citrus and full malt flavours; the finish shows notes of heather and subtle smoke. 

Highland Park Viking Honour 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

Established in 1779, Bowmore is the oldest distillery in the Islay region, and the second oldest in Scotland. Their classic 12 Year Old boasts aromas of citrus, heather, honey and earthy smoke. The palate has inflections of orchard fruit, lemon and dark chocolate with delicate notes of sea spray and smoke on the finish.

Our 15-Year-Old expression is a truly special single malt that exemplifies our family’s tradition of innovation. It’s warm, spicy flavours are created using a technique pioneered by our fifth Malt Master, David Stewart, and continued to this day.
Aged in European, American, and New American oak to carefully release the virgin cask flavours, the whisky is then mellowed in our unique Solera vat before being married in Portuguese oak tuns.

Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

Think a bourbon heart can't hold a single malt soul? Our 14-Year-Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve delivers the smooth sophistication of Scotland with the sweet kick of Kentucky. Our Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, waits 14 years as the whisky matures in ex-bourbon American Oak casks. He then finishes the whisky in charred new American Oak barrels supplied by The Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky.

The result is a rich, sweet and vibrant single malt that delivers complex flavours of woody spices with ripe summer fruit. It's an expression that will inspire Scotch and Bourbon lovers alike, to Rethink Whisky.

 

Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

Aged in small batches in Oloroso and American oak casks, this pours a rich bronze and opens with aromas of caramel, vanilla and floral notes on the nose; incredibly smooth and mellow on the palate with hints of sweet dried fruit, candied orange peel and subtle oak spice followed by a long and rewarding, finish. 

Glenfiddich 18 Year Old (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

Distiller Alan Winchester takes this malt through a combination of cask types, including both first and second-fill American oak (for tropical fruitiness) and ex-sherry oak (for spiciness). The result is this golden-coloured dram with rich spicy aromas, toasty grain, vanilla and almond flavours and a long smooth finish.
