Fresh Bread
Order your fresh bread and we will deliver it to your door front. All artisan breads are made from organic flour and baked fresh several times a day - so your loaf might be still warm when it is delivered (or guaranteed not older than 4 hours). Frozen breads are available, too! Baking instructions for frozen breads: Bake bread from frozen for 15-18 min. at 350F in your convection oven or at 375F in your standard oven. Please let the bread rest for at least 30min. after baking. The bread (especially the heavy Rye) will need time to completely thaw in the inside. Do not keep it for longer in the oven, as this will only dry out the bread. It is important that the bread can release the moisture back into the bread after closing the crust by baking.
