Pizza
The Nimrods' pizza journey continues! With a new kitchen, and a new oven, and a new style of pizza comes a new set of challenges. We want you to know that this is new territory for our Stratford team and while we hone our skills and develop our signature style, you may notice some differences from pie to pie in the beginning. Some might be a little peanut shaped, or the way we cut our mushrooms might change every day. Who knows. But! Our Pizza Promise is this: to always use quality ingredients sourced as locally as possible and chosen with intention and to never settle for "good enough." Join us on our journey, and let us know what you think. Why not be our Guinean pig? After all it's pizza, and you know what they say "even when it's bad, it's still pretty good."
