One of Canada's oldest VQA wineries, Inniskillin has been crafting premium Riesling for over thirty years. This customer-favourite Riesling is harvested late in the season to increase the ripeness and concentration of natural sugars. The wine is off-dry with vibrant acidity and fresh apple and citrus flavours. 

Inniskillin Late Autumn Riesling VQA (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

Against the limestone cliffs of the Niagara Escarpment, sits Cave Spring Vineyard and some of the oldest Riesling vines in Ontario. This charming Riesling highlights the grape's fruity character and the minerality it develops from Niagara's limestone-rich soil. Expect pear, quince and refined minerality.

From Deinhard, one of Germany's oldest producers, the Green Label Riesling shows the appeal and elegance of the Mosel region. Notes of apple, tropical fruit and honey waft from the glass while the palate shows a juicy acidity that balances the medium-sweet profile. Pair this delightful white with Vietnamese cuisine. 

Deinhard Green Label Riesling, Mosel (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

The vines for this Riesling, which are now nearly 40 years of age, were brought to Ontario from Weingut St. Urbans-Hof in the Mosel by Hermann Weis. They have flourished in the ancient, sea-born soils of the Niagara Escarpment. This wine is herbal and mineral, with snappy citrus. 

Vineland Estates Elevation St. Urban Vineyard Riesling (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

A finely balanced riesling from one of Ontario's premier wine producers. It's pale yellow and has aroma and flavours of fresh lime and its blossoms, starfruit and pear with mineral tones. The palate is dry, medium-bodied with crisp acidity and notes of citrus and spice on the finish. Pair with light meat, fish or seafood.

Pale straw in colour the Lighthouse Riesling is fragrant with plenty of fresh orchard fruit aromas. Refreshing with a good balance of acidity and sweetness. Medium-bodied, this Riesling is drinkable now but also has aging potential. Great with a variety of appetizers, cheeses and white meats 

Pelee Island Lighthouse Riesling VQA (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

Think Riesling is always sweet? Think again. Rieslings from Alsace, like this classic, are often bone dry. This features floral aromas and flavours of citrus, hint of juniper, wax and herbs. The ultimate food wine. Pair with grilled shrimp and pesto pasta, or gourmet sausages. 

Willm Réserve Riesling (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

This lovely riesling from the Speck family has the potential for aging. The pale straw colour is followed by a bouquet of grapefruit and juniper with mineral and floral notes. On the palate, it's medium-plus bodied with a light spritz and dry, all balanced by moderate acidity and fruit intensity of citrus flavours. 

Henry of Pelham Riesling VQA (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

Clear, pale straw colour; fresh pastry, mushrooms, spice and quince aromas with a floral touch; off-dry, medium body; savory, spice, quince and a hint of honey in flavour with soft balanced acidity for a clean finish. 

Megalomaniac Homegrown Riesling VQA (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

First produced as part of the celebrations to mark the 20th anniversary of The Hip's classic album Trouble at the Henhouse, this wine has been in heavy rotation at Vintages ever since. It's rich and layered, with ripe apple, peach, lemon and pineapple along with oak spice and vanilla. Buttery, long and fresh, it's a wine with broad appeal. Try it with grilled chicken breasts. 

The Tragically Hip Ahead by a Century Chardonnay 2021 (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

This wine is from the Beamsville Bench, which is one of Niagara's best spots for growing Riesling. It's a classic, featuring flowers, citrus, refreshing acidity and a fine minerality. Makes any meal special, from simple ham-and-brie sandwiches to foie gras. 

Thirty Bench Winemaker's Blend Riesling (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

Very pretty Riesling sporting ripe peach and fresh flower aromas that follow through on the slapshot...er...palate. Nice, crisp finish. Excellent value. Pair with grilled teriyaki chicken or shrimp skewers. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2013)
