Donkey-Venom (Red Raspberry) - Barrel Aged Dark Sour with Dark Raspberry (1 x 500mL)
(8.1% ABV) At its roots, this beer is a rich, dark ale, but the time it spends in barrels with brett and bacteria harmonizes the ingredients, yielding bright levels of acidity and complimentary fruit flavours. A hybrid style of sorts, that defies simple categorization. The foundation of roasted malts lends aromas of chocolate, mocha, and charred wood, but the addition of red raspberries allows for tart and jammy flavours that won't soon be forgotten.

Intermodal 2024 Cab Franc - Spontaneous Ale (1 x 500mL)
(8.6% ABV) Intermodal is a 100% spontaneously inoculated wild beer that was created in a style inspired by traditional Belgian producers. During a window of specific overnight temps in the fall each year, we take traditional turbid wort, let it rest over many nights in the open-air coolship, and allow the finest wild yeast and micro-organisms to join in on the slumber party. Our 2024 batch was divided into two light, tart, funky, extra bubbly versions — this version was blended with the addition of Cab Franc grapes. Good things come to those who wait, and this beer has been waiting for you!
