(7.1% ABV) Cat lady is an IPA that was created in response to Roman Candle a foil or counterpart to showcase another side of hoppy but has developed into its own autonomous self. The malt bill and resulting color are relatively light, the bitterness is big but balanced, and the mouthfeel is full-bodied. What it smells and tastes like: a great balance of tropical fruity and west coast piney hop profile.

Intermodal 2024 Cab Franc - Spontaneous Ale (1 x 500ml)

(8.6% ABV) Intermodal is a 100% spontaneously inoculated wild beer that was created in a style inspired by traditional Belgian producers. During a window of specific overnight temps in the fall each year, we take traditional turbid wort, let it rest over many nights in the open-air coolship, and allow the finest wild yeast and micro-organisms to join in on the slumber party. Bellwoods Brewery's 2024 batch was divided into two light, tart, funky, and extra bubbly versions this version was blended with the addition of cab franc grapes. Donkey Venom (Red Raspberry) - Barrel Aged Dark Sour with Dark Raspberry (1 x 500ml)

(8.1% ABV) At its roots, this beer is a rich dark ale but the time it spends in barrels with brett and bacteria harmonizes the ingredients yielding bright levels of acidity and complimentary fruit flavours. A hybrid style of sorts that defies simple categorization. The foundation of roasted malts lends aromas of chocolate, mocha, and charred wood but the addition of red raspberries allows for tart and jammy flavors that won't soon be forgotten.
