Detroit-Style Deep Dish Signature Pizzas

This is Armando's Pizza's take on a traditional Detroit pan pizza that was created in the 1940's. The pizza is cooked in a square pan and is ten slices. The dough is made daily and fermented for 48hrs leaving a light airy and crispy crust. The cheese is caramelized to the edge leaving a nice crispy edge and then finished with the authentic Detroit pizza sauce on top. Please give time to order a Detroit pizza, the average time is 60 to 90min.
